Job summary

IQ-EQ is a global investor services group delivering administration, governance, and data reporting for private markets. The role supports leading private equity and hedge fund firms, handling financial tasks, reporting, and onboarding new team members.

You will collaborate with teams, apply LP agreement knowledge to reporting, and help ensure client deliverables are met on time. Hybrid work and a strong benefits package await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• 3+ years of experience in Private Equity or related field.
• Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Investran preferred.
• Excellent client service and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support client leads across multiple Private Equity funds.
• Collaborate with manager, team, and support functions to meet client expectations and deliverables.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.
• Manage audits, year-end processes, onboarding new team members, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
