Job summary

Qualifications

• A college degree (accounting preferred) and at least 3+ years of GL accounting or audit experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities.
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements and capital allocations.
• Preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly fund performance data.
• Reviewing capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations.
• Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations.
• Preparing client correspondences and ensuring compliance with legal documents.
• Maintaining relationships with client contacts, auditors, tax, lawyers and banking personnel.
