Job summary

State Street is seeking a detail-oriented fund accounting professional to join the Private Credit Fund Services team in Massachusetts. You will maintain ledgers, prepare statements and perform capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations for premier real estate fund clients.

This role involves analyzing fund performance data and collaborating with auditors, tax, and banking contacts to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience.
• Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with ability to multi-task to meet client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities.
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital account allocations.
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data.
• Reviewing and/or preparing of capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations.
• Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations.
• Preparing various client correspondences.
• Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations.
• Special projects as requested.
