Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Associate on the Field Performance, Pricing, and Incentives Team to shape pricing strategy, build tools, and influence advisor performance.

This role is based in New York and offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and the Advisor field force. You will design innovative pricing programs, develop analytics, and lead end-to-end initiatives that impact client satisfaction and the largest revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial services, with finance or management consulting background.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to synthesize information and apply quantitative approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end advisor and client pricing and fee experience; prepare executive materials.
• Develop pricing-related product/tech experiences and reporting for field leadership.
• Measure pricing program efficacy with Finance, Tech, Data & Analytics.
• Improve pricing processes and operating models; define required changes.
• Ensure client fee transparency documentation compliant with regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and share analyses with the team.
• Lead new advisor programs from design to deployment with senior leaders.
• Define migration strategies for new technologies and support launches.
• Collaborate across Product, Tech, Data & Analytics, Finance, Legal, Risk, HR to deliver solutions.
