Job summary

You will lead a high-performing analytics team, focusing on rigorous experimentation, advanced econometrics, and responsible AI usage to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in banking/strategic analytics.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL; experience with Tableau and analytics tools.
• Strong statistical/econometric foundation with pricing analytics experience.
• Excellent communication to translate models for stakeholders.
• Exposure to enterprise AI, LLM workflows, and data transformation programs.
• Familiarity with supervised learning, clustering, and pricing sensitivity evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer behavior using multiple techniques.
• Perform hypothesis testing and experimental design to measure impact.
