Job summary

JPMorganChase Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Associate to shape and execute client pricing strategy across advisor and client pricing, with broad exposure to Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and field leadership.

You will design pricing programs, build analytics tools, and drive change to improve advisor performance and client satisfaction. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; minimum 3 years in financial services with finance or management consulting background.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and accountability across initiatives.
• Ability to synthesize information and apply quantitative approaches to complex processes.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills; cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; ability to tailor messages to audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is absolutely required.
• Strong communication, judgement, discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end advisor and client pricing and fee experience with partners.
• Create materials for executives and national advisor education calls; develop operating model curriculum.
• Build reporting and coaching models for field leaders and measure program efficacy with analytics.
• Define product/tech experience for concession settings and track enhancements.
• Identify process improvements and optimize pricing ecosystem operations.
• Ensure client fee transparency aligns with regulatory responsibilities.
