Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in banking with Python, SQL and visualization tools.
• Strong statistical and econometric foundation with pricing analytics, including elasticity and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quantitative problem solving for key pricing initiatives.
• Apply analytics techniques to research and experimentation.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team promoting rigor and ethical AI.
• Maintain GenAI/LLMs as tools alongside classical methods for pricing workstreams.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing to drive impactful results.
• Design scalable data analytics processes to optimize outcomes.
• Analyze pricing functionality and customer behavior to refine strategies.
• Own pricing initiatives and perform P&L analysis.
• Solve unstructured problems with deep-dive analyses using multiple techniques.
• Conduct hypothesis testing including A/B and multivariate experiments.
