Qualifications

• 1–2 years of paid social campaign execution experience.
• Hands‑on keyboard experience across platforms: TikTok, SNAP, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn & Pinterest.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis, reporting and budget management.
• Familiarity with Prisma, OX, Salesforce or similar tools is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Forecast in-platform and create media plans based on objectives and performance.
• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
• Monitor pacing and performance; identify optimization opportunities and flag delivery issues.
• Set up tracking (pixels, UTM) and QA assets and campaign builds for flawless execution.
• Maintain platform fluency and stay updated on features through learning sessions.
