Publicis Groupe’s Apex team is seeking a Senior Associate to manage paid social campaigns and optimize media buys across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. The role focuses on forecasting, planning, and execution to meet client objectives within a fast-paced digital landscape.

You will collaborate with social supervisors and managers, analyze performance data, and contribute to client reporting while staying current with platform updates and best practices.

Formación

• 1-2 years of hands-on paid social campaign experience across major platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis, reporting, and budgets.
• Familiarity with Prisma, OX, Salesforce, or similar internal systems is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet timelines.
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in digital media.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast in-platform and create media plans based on campaign objectives and historical performance.
• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn & Pinterest.
• Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Set up tracking (pixels, UTM parameters) and QA assets for flawless execution.
• Maintain platform fluency and participate in knowledge sharing and training.
