Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client projects, oversee engagements, and manage teams across multiple project phases.

You will work directly with clients, guide data-driven recommendations, and drive practice development within the firm. The role requires strong leadership, deep Oracle EPM experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S., with flexible living locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 6-10 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist.
• Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (ePBCS).
• Experience coaching and leading others through development and leadership.
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and flexible living locations in the U.S.

• Spend significant time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery).
• Engage in project management and intensive data-analysis to implement actionable recommendations.
• Mentor Coachees when assigned and support practice development and administrative tasks.
