Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a Senior Associate to lead client-facing workstreams, manage projects, and perform intensive data analysis to extract actionable insights. You’ll mentor Analysts and contribute to delivering compelling client-ready presentations across engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of domain experience, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, Excel/SmartView, and strong communication; travel up to 50% and flexible U.S. locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years analyzing requirements, writing specs, testing and interfacing with business users.
• 1–2 years owning project workstreams with minimal supervision.
• 2+ years with Hyperion Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and Essbase or FCCS/ARCS/EDMCS/PCMCS.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase in development and admin roles.
• Proficient with Excel, Essbase Add-in and SmartView.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and flexible U.S. location.
