Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a Digital Consulting Senior Director to lead Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformations for Engineering & Construction across North America. The role blends client leadership, solution architecture and delivery excellence in a high-impact portfolio.

You will own end-to-end engagements, partner with Oracle for co-sell motions, and mentor a delivery team while driving governance, risk mitigation, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Engineering & Construction industry processes including project lifecycle management, cost-to-complete, forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Strong experience with Oracle solutions such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle PPM, Primavera Cloud/Unifier, and JV management.
• Proven ability to lead large multi-million-dollar transformation programs and drive revenue growth (JD has 2M+ annual).
• Experience with alliance and co-sell models and executive-level client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for annual bookings target; lead end-to-end solutioning and deal strategy for Oracle-based E&C transformations.
• Develop and scale E&C-specific Oracle offerings and governance across North America.
• Lead large-scale Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformations and manage executive client relationships.
