Cotality is seeking a Sr. Associate, Accounting, to join our Custodial Payment Processing team.

You will process daily custodial disbursements to taxing authorities for commercial and residential properties, while setting schedules, controls, SOPs and SLAs. Key duties include daily funding verification, month-end close and reporting, liaison with operations and clients, fully cycle AP processing, wire and ACH payments, 1099 reporting and accurate general ledgers.

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience (college education may count for related experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, presentations, information sharing.

Mansioni

• Daily verification of funding and archive of balancing and processing material.
• Month end close and reporting and activity.
• Daily liaison with operations, Cognizant and other internal and external customers.
• Participate in client, RegAB and Sox audits as required.
• Fully Cycle Accounts Payable processing.
• Wire and ACH payment processing.
• 1099 Reporting.
• Participate in accurate and timely closing of General ledgers monthly.
• Deliver results individually and as a key team member in a fast paced, high-performance culture.
