Job summary

Cotality is seeking an Associate Professional, Operations Accounting to ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations and related close activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to GAAP, and collaboration with IT and business partners to mitigate risk and support client needs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 2 years’ related experience, with strong Excel and Oracle ERP proficiency. A fast-paced environment and multi-tasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system required.
• Strong knowledge of bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Solid Excel skills including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with IT and business partners.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor and review bank account and other reconciliations.
• Process journal entries and cash management tasks.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Produce footnote disclosures and related reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Identify issues and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Support project testing and client-facing activities.
