Job summary

Cotality, formerly CoreLogic Tax Services, LLC, is hiring for an Accounts Payable role focused on daily disbursements, funding balancing, month-end close and RegAB/SOX compliance. You will coordinate with operations and clients, handle 1099 reporting, and contribute to accurate general ledger activity in a fast-paced environment.

A college degree with 4+ years of related experience is preferred; strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

• Minimum of 4 years related experience (college education may count for related experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for reporting, presentations, information sharing.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills to retrieve, query, create, update and manipulate documents and spreadsheets containing formulas and formatting.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing daily custodial disbursements to taxing authorities for commercial and residential properties to set schedules, controls, SOP's and SLA's.
• Daily disbursement and funding balancing and posting.
• Daily verification of funding and archive of balancing and processing material.
• Month end close and reporting and activity.
• Daily liaison with operations, Cognizant and other internal and external customers.
• Participate in client, RegAB and Sox audits as required.
• Fully Cycle Accounts Payable processing.
• Wire and ACH payment processing.
• 1099 Reporting.
• Participate in accurate and timely closing of General ledgers monthly.
• Deliver results individually and as a key team member in a fast paced, high-performance culture.
• The function will include funding verification, RegAB reporting and compliance and outstanding checks reporting.

Annual Pay Range

#LI-RS1 Annual Pay Range: 45,600 - 52,000 USD
