Job summary

JPMorganChase in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks a Senior Associate in Consumer Banking P&A to lead financial analysis and executive reporting, partnering with P&A and finance teams to deliver insights for monthly reviews and leadership discussions.

You will support disclosures related to strategy and performance for Investor Day and industry conferences, own recurring reporting and forecasting, and drive ad-hoc analytics for senior management while pursuing process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis with ownership of recurring financial reporting and forecasting Deliverables.
Experience analyzing P&L and balance sheet drivers.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support recurring financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, including budget, variance analysis, and capital stress testing analytics.
Refine financial storytelling by identifying key drivers and explaining variances vs. forecasts.
Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings and Investor Day presentations.
Create ad-hoc analytics and presentations for senior management.
Improve controls and streamline processes to deliver results efficiently.
