DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for its Central Strategy & Operations team. You will drive delivery efficiency by translating data into actionable insights and owning end-to-end initiatives across DashMarts and third-party partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to design new systems, test features, and scale product builds. A hybrid work model applies with on-site and off-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of professional experience.
• BS/BA Degree in Analytics, Economics, Business or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data into actionable insights and initiatives.
• Own end-to-end ownership of key efficiency drivers.
• Design new systems and optimize existing operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to improve efficiency and customer experience.
