The Senior Associate, Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in protecting AIPAC’s people, events, and operations. This position monitors, collects, analyzes, and interprets open-source intelligence to identify emerging physical-security threats and translate complex information into timely, actionable insights. Working closely with the Director of Intelligence Analysis and cross-functional security partners, the Senior Associate supports proactive threat assessment, event security planning, executive-protection efforts, and other security department needs.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical judgment and writing skills, investigative skills, attention to detail, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to help anticipate risks and strengthen AIPAC’s overall security posture.
AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary between $72,000.00 and $85,000.00 for the position. A job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate’s skills and experience match the role’s requirements. AIPAC also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that contributes to employees’ overall total compensation package.
Note that we currently follow a hybrid schedule with three days in our offices and two days working remotely.
