Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks a Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory to support large capital projects by reviewing construction processes, leading contract reviews, and implementing improvements in management policies and controls.

You will conduct project reviews, perform field work with data collection and analysis, and prepare reports and presentations with actionable insights using analytics tools. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of field construction management or advisory experience on various project types.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PE, CCM, or CPA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project reviews to assess progress, analyze change orders and claims, and evaluate schedule delays and productivity issues.
• Perform field work including data collection, analysis, and documentation, and prepare reports and presentations with insights using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with diverse teams under guidance, participate in mentoring, and uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.
