Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large capital project management, ensuring compliance and identifying process enhancements.
• Develop and implement construction management policies, internal controls, and reporting procedures.
• Evaluate project progress, change orders, schedule delays, and productivity issues through project reviews.
• Lead engagement teams in data collection, analysis, documentation, and report preparation.
• Assist in client pursuit efforts, proposal drafting, and business development initiatives.
• Build relationships with project owners, engineering professionals, and construction managers.
• Uphold ethical standards, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
