Job summary

val's services seeks a Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory (Strategy & Technology) to support infrastructure, asset management, operations, and technology strategy for public and private clients.

The role delivers infrastructure advisory engagements, contributes to proposals, and assists with implementing enterprise asset management and risk management technologies, including requirements definition, testing, and configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, planning, computer science, or related field is required.
• Three+ years of experience in infrastructure, asset management, or technical consulting is required.
• Knowledge of rail/transit maintenance, asset lifecycle, or public infrastructure business models is desirable.
• Experience with technology deployment: business process mapping, system requirements, databases, and EAM systems (IBM Maximo a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of rail/transit maintenance, asset lifecycle, or public infrastructure business models.
• Experience with technology deployment: business process mapping, system requirements, databases, and EAM systems (exposure to IBM Maximo is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical reporting skills.
• Interest or participation in professional societies like IAM is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
