Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in construction management or advisory services on large projects for public/private clients.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CCM, CPA) are advantageous.
• Knowledge of construction phases, project management systems, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and willingness to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction processes and recommend improvements.
• Lead reviews of construction contracts and monitor project compliance.
• Conduct project evaluations on completion percentages, change orders, delays, and productivity issues.
• Collaborate with teams to perform field work, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations using analytics tools.
• Work independently under guidance, contributing to industry best practices and trends.
