Qualifications

• Certifications such as PE, Project Management, CCM, or CPA are a plus.
• At least 1 year of field construction management or advisory experience.
• Knowledge of construction phases and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities Include

• Reviewing, analyzing, and recommending improvements to construction management processes and internal controls.
• Leading construction contract reviews, compliance audits, and project oversight for large capital projects.
• Defining and implementing policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities, and reporting related to construction management.
• Conducting project reviews to assess completion percentages, change order recoveries, schedule delays, and productivity issues.

Qualifications And Skills
