Job summary

BTY Group in New York is seeking a Project Consultant to support Infrastructure Advisory across pre-construction through operations, reviewing contracts, schedules and pricing, and contributing to site assessments.

You will assist on 5–10 projects under supervision, prepare technical reports, perform research, attend kick-off meetings and lender calls, and collaborate with senior team to refine project changes and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• University Degree in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with good organizational, communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist on multiple projects with regular supervision.
• Prepare pre-bid and pre-financial close technical reports.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and lender calls.
• Complete site inspections and reports with photographs.
• Undertake project research and data entry as needed.
• Attend meetings and take notes.
