Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory to support large capital projects by reviewing construction processes, performing contract reviews, and monitoring project compliance.

The role focuses on analyzing management practices, improving controls, and leading oversight activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in related fields preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in field construction management or advisory services on large projects.
• Professional certifications such as PE, CCM, CPA, or AIA are advantageous.
• Knowledge of construction phases, scheduling, cost estimating, quality management, and project closeout.
• Experience with project management systems and diverse project types.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend improvements to construction management and internal controls.
• Lead contract reviews, compliance audits, and project oversight.
• Implement policies, procedures, roles, and reporting enhancements.
• Evaluate project progress, change orders, schedule delays, and productivity issues.
• Collaborate with teams on field data collection, analysis, report preparation, and visualization.
• Work independently under guidance, contributing to industry trend knowledge and best practices.
• Uphold professional integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
