Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Human Resources
• Assist with Employee Relations
• Talent Acquisition
• Salary Negotiations
• Managing Relationships with External Agencies
• Assist with all Phases of the Interviewing Process including: Pre-screening of Resumes, Coordinating with Hiring Managers, Interviewing, Presenting Offers
