Miller Klein Group, LLC is seeking a Hands-on HR Generalist in New York to partner with leadership. You will manage full-cycle HR operations for 100 US employees with a team of 2, in a boutique global asset manager environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, visa support, and ensuring regulatory compliance across HR processes. Prior experience in regulated financial services and international exposure is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, immigration visas, and compliance reporting.
• Banking or highly regulated international financial services background required.
• Must have some experience at a company that has less than 200 employees.
• Prior experience with international client base or parent company preferred.
