Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in large law firm and in-house settings.
• Experience drafting and negotiating construction, procurement and similar agreements for large-scale energy projects, preferably LNG facilities.
• Strong academic record from top schools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate EPC, procurement, purchase orders and services agreements for LNG/export facilities and pipelines.
• Advise on corporate and transactional matters as part of the deal team.
