Qualifications

• JD and active membership in good standing with a US State Bar, with ability to obtain admission in Hawaii.

About the Role

A leading energy and utilities organization is looking to add an Associate General Counsel or Senior Associate General Counsel to its legal team.

This is a broad commercial and transactional position offering the opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders on sophisticated contracts, strategic transactions and major business initiatives.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted legal and commercial advisor across the organization, helping structure transactions, assess risk and provide practical legal guidance on matters critical to the company's operations and long-term strategy.

• Experience independently advising senior executives on complex matters
• Strong leadership and relationship-management capabilities
