• Ability to manage matters independently while knowing when to elevate risk.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements supporting operations.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice balancing risk with objectives.
• Support infrastructure and growth projects on commercial, real estate, and land use matters.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, real estate, and regulatory teams.
• Contribute to emerging initiatives: infrastructure modernization and large customer developments.
• Share knowledge and strengthen the legal team's capabilities.
