Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance plus 5 years of related work experience.
• Significant public accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external relationships.
• Willingness to travel beyond your location as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute financial diligence engagements.
• Analyze financial and operational results of businesses to be acquired or sold.
• Assist clients in the preparation of SEC filings.
• Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring.
• Continuously research industry trends to provide knowledge and insight to clients.
