Heidrick & Struggles, the world-renowned executive leadership advisory firm, seeks an Executive Search Senior Associate to support end-to-end recruitment for technology and AI leadership roles. You will collaborate with Search Partners & Principals to design search strategies, identify and evaluate candidates, and present qualified talent to clients.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years professional services experience or minimum 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate information clearly.
• Able to collaborate with external clients and candidates and build productive partnerships.
• Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information into insights.
• Experience with AI tools and automation and systems such as CRMs, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Developing position specification(s) and creating an effective search strategy with the Consultant.
• Conducting industry- and client-specific research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Assisting Consultants in preparing business development materials for clients.
• Contacting prospective candidates to elicit interest and gather market intelligence.
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit to position specifications.
• Writing candidate assessments and presenting candidates to clients; managing relationships throughout the search lifecycle.
