Qualifications

• BA/BS required; Advanced Degree desirable
• 7+ years of relevant business experience in market research, business intelligence, marketing, sales, business analytics, strategic planning, or management consulting
• Proven ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with impactful visuals
• Ability to operate autonomously, define business questions, and balance rigor with speed to decision

Responsibilities

• Serve as Market Research lead for Erda iDRS and other Solid Tumor pipeline assets, informing asset strategy and launch readiness
• Establish market research foundation for Erda iDRS as the primary focus
• Develop scalable learning plans for priority pipeline programs ahead of launch readiness horizon
• Collaborate with New Product Business Development and cross-functional stakeholders for smooth asset transition to commercial planning
• Lead primary research across healthcare professionals, patients, and payers; include disease-state exploration and opportunity evaluation
• Integrate market research with analytics, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and other evidence sources for clear recommendations
• Demonstrate leadership in setting priorities and directing resources toward high-value pipeline decisions
• Ensure timely tracking and management of market research budget
