  • Develop scalable learning plans for priority pipeline programs, activating research as each asset approaches the 18-month launch-readiness horizon.
  • Partner with New Product Business Development and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective transition of assets into commercial planning.
  • Up to 10% of the role will support in-line market research needs.
  • Lead primary research across healthcare professionals, patients, and payers, including disease-state exploration, treatment-pathway assessment, opportunity evaluation, positioning, message development, and launch tracking.
  • Integrate market research with analytics, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and other evidence sources to generate clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrate leadership courage in setting priorities and directing resources toward the highest-value pipeline and launch-readiness decisions.
  • Ensure timely tracking and management of the market research operating budget against agreed priorities.
