You will partner with US and Global Commercial teams, deliver data-driven opportunities, develop AI-enabled launch insights, and guide a high-performing team toward strategic investment decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BA is required; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in marketing, finance, or business analytics, strategic planning, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to build forecast models with market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with primary and secondary market research methodologies.
• Ability to coach and lead across multiple functions.
• Healthcare/oncology experience is preferred.
• Domestic travel <10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee forecast modeling and primary market research for NPBD portfolio.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in US and Global functions to gather insights.
• Develop and launch LaunchEngagement.AI models with Advanced Analytics team for Solid Tumor assets.
• Guide NPBD team on Data Science, AI best practices, and talent development.
