Summer Search National is seeking an Associate Director of Institutional Partnerships to play a vital role in institutional fundraising org-wide. This hybrid role will manage a portfolio and lead a two-person grants team, coordinating with external partners and supporting the mission through grant writing and reporting.

The role reports to the National Director of Strategic Partnerships and sits on a national team of six fundraisers, with a focus on expanding donor engagement and fundraising

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in institutional fundraising with demonstrated ability to meet fundraising goals.
• Analytical and data-driven in translating strategy into tangible activities and goals.
• Experience managing staff and developing fundraising strategies.
• Strong relationship-building with prospects and donors to support organizational goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a $1.5-2MM+ annual portfolio of institutional accounts.
• Lead the full donor life cycle from identification and cultivation through solicitation and stewardship.
• Secure and track pledge fulfillment and verbal collection across portfolio.
• Identify and qualify new foundation, corporate and government prospects to strengthen the institutional pipeline.
• Develop donor strategies, including leveraging organizational leadership and board members.
• Coordinate with the Senior Development Manager and Development Coordinator on grant deliverables.
• Maintain accurate donor records in Donor Database (RE NXT).
• Directly supervise up to 2 direct reports and oversee grant writing and reporting.
