Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in Morristown, NJ is seeking an Associate Director to lead GTN forecasting and analytics within Market Access.

You will own the enterprise planning platform across forecasting, accrual, and analytics, partnering with IT and business stakeholders. The role requires 4+ years in pharma market access, strong Anaplan experience, training capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into system changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences market access.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning or EPM platforms (Anaplan preferred).
• Experience building training materials and enabling business users on analytical tools.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, IT/Digital, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for the GTN forecasting and planning platform across Market Access workstreams.
• Understand Anaplan data model design and ensure scalable, maintainable architecture.
• Translate business requirements into digital specifications and drive model changes.
• Build and modify Anaplan modules, calculations, and dashboards as a business-side power user.
• Partner with IT/Digital on governance, deployment, and governance of platform changes.
• Serve as first escalation point for model questions and data discrepancies.
• Define and maintain reporting framework for monthly GTN reviews and finance reporting.
• Develop and deliver training programs for the Market Access Analytics team.
• Identify opportunities to evolve the platform and manage the change pipeline.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering to ensure accurate data feeding.
