Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and deliver student support programs.
• Experience advising students individually and in groups.
• Knowledge of student development theories and practice.

Responsabilités

• Develops and presents workshops for 1L students to enhance academic skills.
• Oversees the 1st year tutorial program.
• Counsels students on academic skills development and course selection.
• Monitors and supports at-risk students; develops learning plans.
• Tracks student success and uses Canvas to monitor progress.
• Delivers feedback on practice exams and exercises.
• Organizes bar prep workshops and 2 bar weeks per year.
• Prepares data reports on participation, performance, retention, and bar passage.
