Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Finance to lead digital finance transformation initiatives within PE portfolio companies. You will implement advanced analytics, RPA, and NLG to improve transparency, efficiency, and financial outcomes.

You will gather data, build predictive forecasting models, and drive actionable insights across finance functions. This role emphasizes collaboration with senior management and delivering measurable EBITDA improvements.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited 4‑year college or university in accounting, finance, or economics.
2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
Proficiency in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.
CPA, CFA, MBA, or master’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead digital finance transformation initiatives and implement digital tools (RPA, analytics, NLG) to improve efficiency and transparency.
Collaborate with clients to gather data, interview stakeholders, and define analyses to prove or disprove assumptions.
Develop actionable conclusions from analyses and manage cross‑functional components and workstreams.
Guide project teams, manage client expectations, and drive EBITDA improvements and cash flow enhancements.
Design and implement cash‑generating initiatives and optimal organizational structures to deliver client value.
