Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Senior Associate, Digital Finance, to lead PE‑portfolio finance transformation initiatives. You’ll assess finance functions, implement digital tools (RPA, analytics, NLG), and build predictive forecasting models to improve EBITDA and transparency.

Qualifications

• Digital finance transformation expertise and implementation experience.
• Experience with digital finance tools (RPA, analytics, NLG, forecasting).
• 2–4 years in accounting/finance, due diligence, restructuring, or PE.
• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA/CFA/MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client information gathering and develop analyses to prove or disprove assumptions.
• Develop actionable conclusions and project plans across cross‑functional workstreams.
• Manage client expectations and mitigate risks throughout engagements.
• Guide finance transformation initiatives and drive process automation.
• Collaborate with senior management and ensure timely delivery of insights.
