Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Senior Associate for Digital Finance to drive transformation across finance functions within PE portfolio companies. You will implement digital tools (RPA, analytics, NLG) to improve efficiency and transparency, build forecasting models, and lead cross‑functional workstreams.

Strong analytics and presentation skills are required. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in accounting/finance, experience in restructuring or private equity, and a degree in accounting/finance.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or economics; 4-year college minimum.
• Experience with digital finance technologies (RPA, forecasting, analytics).
• 2–4 years in accounting/finance, due diligence, restructuring, or PE work.
• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or master’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital finance transformation initiatives and implement automation.
• Assess finance functions and introduce tools to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Develop predictive forecasting models and advance analytics capability.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional teams on delivery.
