Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Finance to drive transformation within finance functions across PE portfolio companies. You will apply digital tools and analytics to improve cash, EBITDA, and transparency, while leading data gathering, modeling, and cross‑functional delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in accounting/finance, hands‑on experience with RPA, finance analytics, NLG, and predictive forecasting, and a strong background in financial modeling and data

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
• Graduate of a 4-year college; preferably in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Experience with digital finance technologies (RPA, predictive forecasting, finance analytics, NLG, data visualization).
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Complete proficiency in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hypothesis development and data gathering with clients.
• Develop analyses to prove or disprove assumptions.
• Apply industry knowledge to identify drivers and issues.
• Manage projects and cross-functional components.
• Build predictive forecasting models and financial plans.
• Guide client interviews and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with senior management and drive client value.
