Job summary

Geller & Company is seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer in New York to design, deploy, and manage desktop images, configurations, and software packages. You will oversee SCCM/Intune/JAMF for patching, updates, and compliance, while developing automation scripts for provisioning and support.

The role requires 5+ years in desktop engineering, strong scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and solid knowledge of Windows and macOS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF).
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities

The base salary range for this position is: $200,000 - $245,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
