In this position you will review deals, conduct multi-faceted analysis, support due diligence, build investment memoranda, and participate in portfolio oversight and board discussions, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• New deal review and assessment.
• Conduct financial, operational and market analysis to support due diligence.
• Lead due diligence efforts and coordinate third-party providers.
• Prepare financial models, investment memos and portfolio review documents.
• Review data rooms and synthesize findings.
• Participate in conversations surrounding potential investments and portfolio companies.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and attend Board meetings as observer.
• Travel for site visits and board meetings.
• Represent Providence and articulate investment criteria to companies and investors.
