Qualifications

• Up to 5-6 years of experience in private credit, commercial lending, investment banking, or related investment professional roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with Excel.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and valuation methodologies.
• Ability to operate with autonomy and accountability in a small, execution-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial modeling and presentations for investment committee materials.
• Perform industry research to support investment decision making.
• Monitor portfolio companies and track pipeline & marketing materials.
• Develop valuation analyses and comparable company/transaction analyses.
• Prepare for weekly investment team meetings and contribute to deal execution.
