Job summary

Responsibilities

• New deal review and assessment.
• Conduct financial, operational and market analysis to support diligence of potential investments.
• Help lead due diligence efforts, including creation of diligence lists, industry research and coordination of third‑party providers.
• Prepare financial models, investment memos and portfolio review documents to share with stakeholders.
• Review data rooms in detail and synthesize findings.
• Actively participate in internal and external conversations surrounding potential investments and portfolio companies.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and listen in to Board meetings as an observer.
• Travel for company site visits and select board meetings.
• Represent Blue Sage and articulate our strategy and investment criteria to prospective companies, investment bankers, lenders, co‑investors, and more.
