EY-Parthenon in the United States seeks experienced consultants to join our strategy practice. You will work on high-impact client cases, analyze markets, develop strategic recommendations, and present findings to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or similar quantitative health industry role.
• Ability to conduct detailed analysis on products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities across the health industry.
• Proficient in English, including written and spoken communication in a professional environment.
• Effective organization and time management with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel and reside within commutable distance to the office.

Responsibilities

• Consultants participate as valued members of case teams helping clients address strategic challenges.
• Identify information sources, assemble data, perform analyses, structure arguments and develop presentations.
• Training is provided and responsibilities grow quickly, often serving as primary client contact.
• Work on diverse, high-impact client issues at the C-suite level, including long-term strategy and acquisitions.
• Support improvements in education outcomes, marketing channels, costs and new business ventures.
