Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior manufacturing experience; graduate degree with 6+ years; in lieu of a degree, 8+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion process improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Lead facility transition efforts for inert product lines.
• Plan, develop, initiate and maintain processes for fabrication of advanced composite parts.
• Create work instructions, procedures, PFMEAs, and JSAs meeting design, process, safety and environmental requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and/or training to shop floor, design and management teams.
• Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to develop robust part and tooling designs.
• Interface with support groups to ensure accuracy, control and safety.
