Rockstar is a leading clean energy finance company; it is revolutionizing tax credit transactions for clean energy projects and partnering with major corporations to unlock billions in investment. The role drives high-impact deals, leadership in origination, and partnerships with tax credit investors and developers.

You will work with leadership to shape growth, deliver on large, complex projects, and accelerate scale across renewable energy sectors including solar, wind, and storage.

Formación

• 7+ years in a deal-focused environment such as financial services or a fast-growing startup.
• Experience leading complex negotiations or transactions from first conversation to close.
• Very high attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic transactions, guiding Fortune 500 clients through tax credit purchases.
• Source, qualify, and prioritize origination opportunities in clean energy.
• Negotiate complex, multi-hundred-million-dollar tax credit transactions to keep deals on track.
• Build the partnership playbook and manage relationships with tax credit investors and developers.
• Represent the company at industry events and client visits, feeding market feedback into strategy.
