Job summary

Rockstar is seeking an ambitious, early-career generalist to support high-impact transactions and expand sales operations within our clean energy finance platform. You will develop partnerships and uncover growth opportunities, working closely with leadership as you gain ownership over critical initiatives.

Primary focus lies in origination and negotiation at the bottom of the sales funnel, with flexibility to lead outreach and shape BD strategy at the top of the funnel.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in fast-paced environments such as investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Excellent communication with enterprise and C-level counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Origination and management of relationships with tax credit buyers and sellers.
• Lead top-of-funnel outreach and develop data-driven campaigns to unlock conversations.
• Negotiate with buyers and sellers; manage follow-ups with attention to detail.
• Partner with leadership; build the case for collaboration and growth from customer insights.
• Develop scalable sales processes and create materials to educate buyers.
